The point of this practice is to open your chakras, raise your energy and prana levels, clear blockages, open pathways, and develop in the areas of discipline, mentality, physical strength, spiritual strength and stamina, manifestation, and consciousness. With this practice you are rewiring your subconscious mind and creating habits that can lead to a new lifestyle. It takes 21 days to create a habit and 90 days for it to become a lifestyle. It is on you how far this practice goes and if it becomes your lifestyle. I am simply giving you the tools in this curriculum to apply to manifest a specific intent/goal. Ultimately this practice is of discipline. Being honest I know many that do this will break within the first week due to lack of preparation. Give yourself a few days to be mentally preparing. Read through everything of the curriculum to be familiar. When you feel yourself losing sight or falling off use an alternative. Make necessary adjustments. Your stride is bound to slow down and especially if this is your first practice of something of this nature. Create a plan to be able to adjust the best to the situation and still perform. As you go through this your biological clock will be adjusting to the habits you create.
